4. Product Images and Review Records
Submitted photographs and review records may be accessed by authorized personnel and assigned reviewers for service delivery, quality control, support, security, dispute handling, and lawful recordkeeping.
Original customer evidence is not displayed through public report verification. Customer images are not used to train artificial intelligence models without separate valid authorization or another applicable legal basis.
5. Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed by our payment provider. We receive transaction references, amount, currency, status, and related information needed to confirm payment, issue refunds, reconcile records, and address disputes. Get Identify does not intend to store complete payment card numbers.

We may process IP-derived security records, browser and device information, session identifiers, timestamps, form-security data, rate-limit records, and logs needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and prevent misuse of the service.
